Procedure and Fees
Generally, the required academic qualification for being accepted at KBUC is a successful completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. However, we seek to know the will of God in each case, and sometimes we make exceptions to this rule. All applicants need to demonstrate a good command of English since all teaching is done in English. They must also have been a faithfully member/co-worker in a local church for at least one year, and written confirmation from their Pastor is required before any interview can take place.
Potential applicants should write to the Principal at Kaniki to enquire for further information. You will then be sent an Assessment Form, which we will use to determine whether you satisfy the minimum entry standards. If you do, we will send you the complete set of application form, which must be completed and returned to us in order for you to stand a chance of being included in the following year’s intake. Candidates will be invited to an interview in October/November and successful applicants will be informed by the end of November.
